Okay, so I haven't been great at this keeping track of my eating and exercise. Let me see what I can remember.....

8:15 AM- Cherry Nutragrain bar-- 120 calories, 1 clementine
12:00 PM- Salad--Romaine lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, real bacon bits, chicken, honey dijion dressing; 1 clementine
2:00 PM- Mr. Salty's Yogurt Pretzels- 100 calories
5:50 PM- Eliptical Machine 20 minutes at level 10- 265 calories burned.
7:00 PM- Diet Dr. Pepper and popcorn (yeah, I know... popcorn is no kind of dinner)

8:30 AM- Bacon, egg, cheese on an English muffin
10:00 AM- Mr. Salty's Yogurt Pretzels- 100 calories
11:30 AM- Stoffer's Brocoli cheddar soup and steak and swiss panini- 400 calories
5:00 PM- Sicilian chicken panini from Greek Village and Diet Coke
8:00 PM- Mix and Match cheese and caramel popcorn- 756 calories (Yikes!), Diet Dr. Pepper--went over my 1 non-water drink per day limit-- Shame on me!

4:45 PM- Chicken salad- Romaine lettuce(25), chicken (90 calories), cheese (100), real bacon bits (25), Olive Garden dressing (230), clementine (35): Total--505
8:30 PM- Mix and Match cheese and caramel popcorn (84), chocolate milk (180): Total--264
Work out: Eliptical machine-- 35 minutes, 2.73 miles, 336 calories burned
Summary
Total calories consumed: 1924
Total calories burned: 336
Net calories: 1588
