Week 3 Feb 21-26, 2011

This daily post is becoming tedious. I'm switching to weekly posts, and I'll do my best to post this Saturday evening or Sunday morning.

February 21, 2011

8:25 AM- Biscuit (200), sausage (150), Egg (70). Total: 420

12:30 PM- Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Lettuce, Tomato, Pickle, Fries.

6:00 PM- Hot Dog, Tortilla chips, salsa.

7:00-9:00 PM- 8 Samoas. 2 Tagalong. Gross, I know.

February 22, 2011

8:00 AM- 6 Honey Roasted peanuts (yes, I actually counted). Total: 25

9:15 AM- McDonald's Egg McMuffin (300); clementine (45). Total: 345

12:30 PM- Hot Dog (120), Bun (100), Honey Roasted Peanuts 23 (135), clementine (45). Total: 400

5:15 PM- Hot dog bun (100), Pimento Cheese

Breakfast: Chocolate covered donut with sprinkles

Lunch: Lettuce, bacon bits, chicken, and honey dijion dressing

Snack: 100 calorie bag of kettle corn

Snack: 320 Cheeto's bag

Exercise: None

Thurs, February 24, 2011

Breakfast: Bacon, egg, cheese biscuit

Lunch: Lettuce, chicken, bacon bits, honey dijion dressing, two strawberries, quarter of a veggie quesidilla.
Snack: Honey roasted peanuts

Dinner: Steak, baked potato with butter, sour cream, and bacon bits, salad with cucumbers, carrots, and honey dijion dressing.

Exercise: 3 Minutes Ab Circle Pro

Breakfast: Sausage biscuit with jelly

Lunch: McDonald's Angus Deluxe Burger, medium fries, Diet Dr. Pepper

Dinner: 2 slices of pizza

Exercise: 20 minute walk

Lunch: 5 fish sticks, popcorn

Dinner: Fried chicken leg and wing, potato salad, macoroni and cheese, salad, pudding.

Exercise: 3 minutes Ab Circle
